We hope you, your family and colleagues are, and will remain, healthy. Our business is open, even though most of our employees are not physically in the office. Currently, we are able to fulfill many of our orders without impact. This is due to our long-standing business continuity practices, data collection efforts, technology, and ability to telecommute.

We have experienced several agency closures and expect that trend to continue. This will result in one of three scenarios:
