Mercer Title Plant on DTS

    We are excited to announce the addition of Mercer County to the DTS Title Plant, effective February 18, 2020. Mercer has been one of the most requested counties in New Jersey by our customers. We are pleased to make it available to DTS Subscribers, as well as our internal staff. This new offering is expected to allow our team to further expedite traditional searches in Mercer County. If you are a DTS subscriber or plan to be one, below are some things to remember:

    •As with all our plants, run both the name as well as the property. This will help to ensure you obtain documents for the property even if there is a block and lot change. In addition, it will also pick up name-based searches, such as a County Judgment Search.
