Live Chat is another mode of communicating with our Customer Service team. It is an instant messenger service that will be located on Sign On™ – our order entry and retrieval system.  It provides a real time method of communication that pops up on the screen of our Certified Customer Service Representatives so they can provide assistance at the moment you need help.

Following a successful test with a limited set of our customers, Live Chat will be launched to all Sign On customers in mid-February. It will be depicted by a small icon on the top left side of the screen. It appears on both the order entry and WebXpress portions of Sign On.

Note – Live Chat is available on work days from 9:00 to 5:00 EST. In the event that our customer service team is busy helping other customers and unable to respond to your Live Chat request, you can still email the team for a quick and efficient response.

 

Live Chat is certainly not replacing our customer service team, our email communication, or our phone system, but is just another convenient way for you to be able to reach us. We want to give you as many choices as possible so we can assist you. We hope you like it!
