At Signature Information Solutions, our most important focus is our customers. While we train and remind staff throughout the year that exceptional customer service is the Signature way, we also take time each autumn to enjoy special activities devoted to it.

Customer Service Week is observed nationally in October, and staff at Signature took time in 2016 to participate in activities that promoted team building. These activities also reinforced the importance of providing exceptional customer service to our clients - as well as to each other. This year, we employed an “Olympics” theme and staff members could award Olympic “medals” to each other, with a shout-out for an appreciated effort.

In 2016, we observed Customer Service Week for the entire month of October, not just for one week.

All of us at Signature take pride in the service that we offer to our customers. We know that in order to accomplish that goal, we need to work together as a team.  Customer Service Week is an opportunity for us to focus on both of these important objectives.
